Justice For Ethan Liming: Republican Judge Lowers Bond for All 3 Liming Killers, Soon To Walk Free

In yet another outrageous display of dangerous anti-whiteness, a Summit County Common Pleas Judge has lowered the bond of all three blacks suspected of the racially-motivated killing of White 17-year-old Ethan Liming of Akron, Ohio. Deshawn Stafford, Tyler Stafford, and Donovan Jones, who were originally held on a more appropriate $1 million dollar bond, have now been issued $25,000, $5,000, and $0 dollar bonds respectively.

Since only 10% of a bond needs to be paid in order to secure a release, that means that only $2,500 and $500 are needed to free the violent criminals involved, further separating the White community of Akron, as well as the Liming family, from the justice they so desperately deserve.

Eddie Sipplen, defense attorney for Donovan Jones, who now walks free and faces only two misdemeanor assault charges

On Thursday, Summit County Prosecutor Brian LoPrinzi revealed that Deshawn Stafford ultimately “struck the blow” that knocked Ethan Liming dead. He possesses a long juvenile record that includes assault and criminal trespass. Tyler Stafford, 19, then “struck Liming a couple of times.” LoPrinzi didn’t elaborate on what Donovan Jones, a cousin to both Stafford brothers did that day, but he now faces two misdemeanor assault charges and will be set free, with the stipulation that he will be liable for a $5000 dollar fine if he fails to appear for future court appearances.

The three men initially thought it was a drive-by shooting with a real gun since the SplatRBall can fire up to 7 pellets per second and sounds like an automatic weapon, defense attorney Sinn has said. The basketball players first fled, but turned when they realized the bullets weren’t real and engaged with Liming’s group.

All three blacks will be placed on electronic monitoring prior to trial if they manage to post their newly issued bonds. Although many have called for hate crime and murder charges for all three attackers for their role in the brutal lynching of 17-year-old Ethan, the overtly anti-White system in Akron continues to push non-racial narratives which involve toy water guns and TikTok challenges.

Police have said Liming and three friends — one white and two Black — started the trouble by opening fire on three men playing basketball with a SplatRBall gel gun, mimicking the Orbeez Challenge where teens videotape these kinds of shootings and share them social media.

Republican Tamara A. “Tammy” O’Brien is a judge on the Summit County Court of Common Pleas General Division in Akron, Ohio

But who is the judge that slashed the million-dollar bonds and now exposes Akron to further anti-White violence? Enter judge Tammy O’Brien, a Republican judge once appointed to her position by former Republican Governor of Ohio, John Kasich. Judge O’Brien rules in a common pleas court once hailed by local news media in 2019 for being totally composed of female judges, the first time in the county’s history.

The all-female Summit County court common pleas general division

O’Brien has a history of showing leniancy to black criminals, often abandoning the supposed law-and-order values of her conservative constituents. Just yesterday, O’Brien issued a measly 11-year prison sentence for Michael Simbo, a black man who fled from police and killed two people when he lost control of his vehicle. Simbo was issued 506 days credit for time served and must serve an additional 6 years and five months before becoming eligible for release.

The low bond issued to Ethan Liming’s killers mirrors other equally outrageous moves handed down by the anti-White criminal justice system, most notably the case of 49-year-old Guy Reffitt. The Texan father was sentenced to 7.25 years for attending the Jan 6th “insurrection” at the capitol building. The sentence was reached in part by an extrajudicial sting manufactured by American political police in the FBI, who groomed his own son into cultivating evidence and turning his home into a federal honeypot.

The story of the racially-motivated anti-White killing of Ethan Liming and his call for justice is ongoing, and the Hyphen-Report will continue to report as new details emerge.
