Anti-White Terror: Indiana Cop Killer Was a Black Hebrew Israelite With Ties To a Tablet Mag Yeshiva

Black Hebrew Israelite terrorist Carl Roy Webb Boards II was released from prison in 2019 for crimes which mirrored his shooting of Elwood Indiana Police Officer Noah Shahnavaz, 24

New information has been released regarding Carl Roy Webb Boards II, the black career criminal who shot and killed White rookie cop Noah Shahnavaz in Elwood, Indiana Sunday morning.

Following his initial court appearance, records have revealed that Boards was armed with an AK-47 assault rifle, was on FaceTime with his parents during a police pursuit, has ties to a militant wing of Black Hebrew Israelites, and even rapped openly about killing police officers.

During the initial traffic stop which triggered a shootout between Boards and Elwood, Indiana rookie police officer Noah Shahnavaz, Boards unleashed a violent spray of 36 shots from his Rambo-style AK-47 assault rifle, hitting Shahnavaz in the head twice, and several times in the body. The act of black terror ultimately killed the young man, riddled his patrol car with bulletholes, and struck fear into the heart of the 97% White town of Elwood, Indiana.

But what was the motivating factor behind this anti-White attack? After a thorough investigation of Boards’ Facebook profile, the Hyphen-Report discovered that Boards is a militant Black Hebrew Israelite and a member of the “Congregation Yeshivat Tzion,” a mixed-race “neo-Hasidic” synagogue once featured prominently for “saving Judaism” in Tablet Mag.

Back in 2006, Carl Roy Webb Boards II was originally issued a 25-year prison sentence for a similar stunt with police, firing at two Indianapolis officers during a routine traffic stop which triggered a high-speed chase. While no officers were killed during that incident, a jury—shockingly—found Boards not guilty of an attempted murder charge. Instead, he was found guilty of a bevy of enhanced unlawful firearm possession charges which were ordered to be served concurrently.

In August of 2019, an anti-white parole board released Boards out of captivity after only serving 13 of the original 25 years for his violent crimes. Since then, Boards has owned and operated a barbershop in Marion, Indiana, and became an outspoken Black Hebrew Israelite.

Online, his Facebook profile was regularly tagged in posts made by the Congregation Yeshivat Tzion, a Kokoma, Indiana-based, anti-White synagogue founded by Roosevelt Solomon Jr, a black convert known as “Rabbi Moshe.”  While originally a Christian, Rabbi Moshe converted to Judaism after a trip to Israel and became a Rabbi by completing a spiritually controversial online course. Boards uploaded images and shared content from the Yeshiva on his public wall, and would routinely praise “Yah” (short for the god of ancient Israel and Judah, Yahweh) in his posts.

Rabbi Moshe’s Yeshiva was featured in a December 2019 article of Tablet Mag, in which it was praised by fellow jews as a place that “Saves Judaism in Small-Town Indiana.” While the piece praised Rabbi Moshe’s efforts in practicing the faith in Kokomo, it questioned its ability to be taken seriously by ethnic jews and used traditional Yeshivas nearby as a bellwether. The ethnically jewish temple apparently showed little to no interest in dealing with the all-black congregation just a few blocks away, meeting together only once as a token gesture of social goodwill on a high holiday.

It also raised serious doubts on whether or not many of Rabbi Moshe’s black converts could be considered legitimate jews by other natural-born ethnic jews, as their style of worship so drastically clashes with those who practice more traditional jewish faiths.

Upon further investigation, the Hyphen-Report discovered that Rabbi Moshe operates an official, system-approved prison ministry in several Indiana-based correctional facilities. By entering prison walls under the guise of faith, Moshe converts prospective jews out of an aggressive pool of indigent black inmates. This allows him to tap into a vast body of potential and recruit violent criminals into his militant wing of anti-White, black Hebrew Israelite ideology.

Using this method so far, Moshe’s Yeshivat Tzion has amassed a veritable army of 100 or so black Christian converts and currently specializes in converting other blacks, disregarding past criminal histories like the one owned by Carl Roy Boards II.

Our Prison Ministry of 10 years and counting has been responsible for over 40 conversions to Judaism within 5 different prison facilities. We service these men with Jewish Books/educational material, Jewish Lifestyle Supplies, Teachings, and Structuring. This Program has even lead to the development of Rabbis within and outside of the prisons/facilities and Jewish Lay Leaders that were once imprisoned.

Many images, videos, and promotional materials issued by Yeshivat Tzion depict congregants in full camouflage, adopting militant themes, and are often filled with hip-hop music and off-the-cuff rapping. With ties to an Israeli-based zionist organization, Yeshivat Tzion was undoubtedly able to foster the anti-White hatred necessary for Carl Roy Boards II to commit an act of racially-motivated terror against White police officer Noah Shahnavaz and his town of Elwood, Indiana.

Whether or not Boards was himself recruited by Yeshivat Tzion’s prison ministry during his original 13-year prison stint, or if he came upon it as a free man is still unclear. The attack rips open wounds still being felt by White victims of similar acts of black terror, most notably the 2021 Waukesha, Wisconsin Christmas parade attack in which anti-White, BLM terrorist Darrell Brooks drove a car into a crowd which killed 6 and injured 62 others. Much like Boards, Brooks was involved with pro-black, anti-White ideology online and created music that encouraged violence against White people.

His synagogue affiliates with no denomination, but does have ties with Herut, a small Zionist organization based in Israel that, like Yeshivat Tzion, promotes Jewish unity and seeks to reach “Jews that have been left out,” according to its founder, Karma Feinstein-Cohen. Rabbi Moshe told me that one of Yeshivat Tzion’s goals is to be recognized in Israel “as an institution.” Aliyah is something he and his congregants are actively working toward. “We want to go home. We feel like Israel is our home,” Rabbi Moshe said.

Questions remain as to why a militant cell of Black Hebrew Israelites even exists in a place like Kokomo, Indiana. According to the 2010 U.S. Census report, Kokomo, like Elwood, is still vastly majority White, clocking in at 83.5%. With a deep-seated history of pro-White sentiment, Kokomo, Indiana was once a stronghold for White power in America. At one point, half the town was a member of the Ku Klux Klan, and in 1923 it once hosted a Klan gathering of 200,000 strong. It would become the largest in American history.

The political winds have surely changed, however, and as long as the markedly violent Black Hebrew Israelites are allowed a safe haven in majority White communities, acts of unrestricted black terror will continue to victimize innocent people, with or without the implicit support of the ethnic jews behind Tablet Mag.

The story of black terrorist Carl Roy Webb Boards II is ongoing, and the Hyphen-Report will continue its coverage of the event as details continue to emerge.
